If you have an above ground pool, a vac is a must. I have owned others in the past and they did not work as well as this one. I have been using is for two months and have had to charge it twice. It does the clean up great. I do wish that someone would come out with one, although, that would pick up the fine silt. This vac picks up everything on the floor of the pool. The only thing is after a few days the fine stuff in the water seems to settle. Small issue to deal with. I have not had any algae to see if it would vac that up but I think it would.

It works great on my 12x30 pool gets the job done.

Even though it comes with a very nice adjustable pole, we love using it like a small hand held vacuum. We put on our snorkel masks (even though it’s not necessary in 4 feet of water) and play while we clean! It cleans up everything and the debris stays inside until you are ready to clean it (no worries about it falling out). The charge lasts as stated and it beats the socks off of 2 robotic vacuums that we have purchased in the past.

This little pool vacuum is a game changer. It's strong suction, power and length of battery time makes this worth every penny of this great price! We have a 12' x 36” Intex pool and this is perfect for it. I wouldn't use this for a bigger or deeper pool though. Even with the extension pieces it would get lost in the pool, lol. But honestly, I thought about this for a long time and I wish I had bought this last summer!

Seriously don't review products unless they do exactly what they are supposed to and this thing got the job done! My sand filter decided to shoot sand out of the jets during a cleaning and my robot vacuum would just spread it around instead of actually sucking it up. Long story short, this little guy took care of the sand with no problem, the suction is very strong and my pool looks great and sand free! The pole attachments aren't super long if you have a deeper pool but I was able to get in the pool and use it with no problems. It was very easy to assemble and very straightforward. I charged overnight before I used it and it held the charge for the entire time. I highly recommend this for anyone with a sand or small things at the bottom of their pool that their other vacuum just won't pick up. Hope this helps!

I bought this to try to clean the dirt and algae off the bottom of my pool. I does great at picking up larger things like leaves and small debris, but when it comes to algae or small partials of dirt kinda like dust, it shoots it back out the water outlets of the vacuum like a cloud and spreads it about into the water. If your looking for something to clean larger debris like leaves the this vacuum is great.

reading the reviews, I was really hoping this would work. but all the fine sand at the bottom of my pool goes right past the filter and back into the pool. i tried cotten balls in the filter, and it helped get some, but once it looks like I got most of the floor, what came back out of the vacuum settled right back down. I would have to replace the cotton balls every five minutes, but i still don't think k even that will get the majority of it. It looks like Im dumping the pool. the test strips come out good, but with all the sand in the bottom, it looks horrible.

Beyond upset. The vacuum didn’t really do a good job at sucking in things in my pool but I am angry that the poor construction of this vacuum caused a micro-tear on my pool. Please do not purchase this vacuum if you dont want your pool to end up damaged. Will be returning to get my money back ASAP

We just got this pool vacuum last week and I only had a chance to use it twice. Went to go use it today and it won't turn on or charge. Sounds like there's water in it but it's supposed to literally be submerged in the water so idk how that would break it. I'm so upset

it works great and picking up small objects and leaves on the bottom of the pool. however the on off switch is malfunctioning. it worked great for awhile and now it wont shut off. if by some chance i can get it off it will start up on its own and of course drain the battery quickly. i left it to dry out awhile before plugging it in to charge and within minutes it smelled like it was burning. i was hoping to finally find a good pool vac that would last me several yrs but obviously this 1 isnt it
