Flea medication is ridiculously expensive, especially for only 3 doses - doesn't seem to matter which brand though. Apparently there isn't a section after this screen for any other comments. So, I'm adding them here. I am curious though, why this was shipped in the security packaging - which is clearly labeled in red- SECURITY DEVICE ENCLOSED. Isn't that supposed to be removed? I've never received any item enclosed in security. Also, I was sitting near the window where item was delivered by FEDEX. The FEDEX employee got close to the top of the ramp and threw the item the rest of the way. As he is taking the picture to confirm he delivered the item he yells FEDEX and walks away. Perhaps he saw me sitting there looking at him? It appears things need to be reviewed in shipping department and in your choice of delivery carriers. Maybe it's a fluke but he had no idea what was in the package. What if it were a breakable item? Questions without answers? Thanks for letting me vent!
Im super grateful that Walmart has this product in hand for s'us, we feed strays near the house and wanted to make sure they got some good protection from flees if we don't see them for awhile. So great they had this
I swear by this product. I hate the flea season bc I see my cats are miserable. And if I only have to put it on one time then I'm happpy. Last season my husband bought a cheaper brand and it DIDNT WORK AT ALL!! So back to the Frontline it is. ALWAAYS!!
I've always used Frontline and usually bought it at Costco. When they were out of stock I went online and compared prices with three pet stores. Walmart was the same price as the price Costco listed and quite a bit less than the pet supply stores-and I got free shipping.
I don't see ticks after I've used this medication on my cats. The cats don't appear to have any adverse problems with the the cats don't appear to have any adverse problems with the application.
This product is very easy to apply on a cat. It is very effective medicine and it lasts at least 6 months for indoor cats. My cat always tried to lick it off but it is very hard to do if you apply it correctly. This product is easy to open as well
We tried a seresto collar for cats but it was too harsh/potently poisonous and caused hair loss, irritation, itching, baldness and scabs around the neck. We cut off the seresto collar and we will stick with Frontline topical treatments.
Product seems to work. Had an issue with my delivery the first time I ordered it. It simply wasn't there... Walmart issued me a full refund though. Delivery drivers are extremely sketchy.
Really not effective. That counts. The cats hate the applications. Don't know why. i realize there are chemicals like ones used in gardens that are toxic. This could be an issue. Cannot hold, touch pet for 24 hrs after. You put it on back of the pets neck. If you touch it...wash up IMMEDIATELY after contact. That says UNSAFE. Alot of pet flea, tick treatment are this way. Do be careful. Check w/ your vet. *Prices a bit steep.
My cat had this medicine 2 weeks. She is an indoor cat. My dog goes out to potty and must've brought fleas in. She doesn't have visible fleas but my cat is covered in them.
