This is a solid headset. I like how flexible the mic is. Other headsets have rigid mics. This one you can bring closer to and farther away from your mouth. It has both a dongle and bluetooth. Overall, it is a good value. sound quality is good, too!

Making the switch from wired earphones to this headset was a plus. I use them for class time and while checking on my 3D print projects and to visit other classmates. I’m able to walk with them and still listen to tutorials and the battery life lasts almost 3 days worth of class so that’s awesome.

The headset is lightweight and comfortable, even for extended wear. The battery life is excellent—I can go through an entire workday without needing to recharge.

This has been a great product for me. It can be blue-toothed to more than device simultaneously. I work from home, and I use it for my work laptop, cell, and 9th Generation iPad. It charges rather fast, too, and the battery life is EXCELLENT! Great product for me for the price.

OMG!! this headset is amazing. I'm a gamer and I work from home and needed a replacement headset and chose these. They really are perfect and the noise cancelling microphone for phone is a 10/10 my callers don't hear my background and I be having the tv on, stereo and my kids in the background lol.

A couple things. They are tight around your head and ears. Ears tend to hurt after a while. I work for a call center so wearing these for 8 hours a day can hurt. Secondly, when ppl call into my call center, they can't hear me too well. I've notice the input settings for these stays at the 1 channels, 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD quality) for two different laptops I use. Other headsets I've owend you can have the 2 channels settings which makes the microphone crystal clear. The good thing about these is that it uses type c to be charged. It has both Bluetooth and a usb adapter for computers to make it a wireless usb headset. The headset transmitter is both usb a and type c so two in one. and finally you can also use it with a 3.5 mm audio cable.

I have only had this for like 2 months and it stopped working. People on the other side cannot hear me it constantly breaks in and out now tried everything to get it to get clearer and hasn’t work :(

I cannot get this device to pair with anything so have been unable to use it.

this item lost all microphone connection. i use the headphones for working not leisure or video games. the fact that individuals on thebother end of the phone couldnt hear me. it was so frustrating. i thought since i bought extra insurance/warranty, it wouldn't be a big deal. first denied feom insurance warranty duentonit being a technical issue with the headphones. i email the information to the customer contact info provided in the boxnit came with. they told me contact another private email @OUTLOOK . even with images. copies of.reciept.... i got zero response. paid for new headphones and lost every penny with these. Stay clear Away feom this brand and seller. they must be illegal. i kept being referred to a sketch email for help. the sketchy email didnt respond to my many attempts. its not based anywhere. its a scam!
