Since you can no longer buy these in the store it is great to be able to get them online. My husband loves to wear them for lounging around or exercising. They wash and dry well and he finds them very comfortable. They are a cotton knit and not a polyester knit, which makes them easier to wear and launder. I highly recommend.
Brought these for my husband and son They can be worn outside if you choose my 13 wears them outside but my Husband feels they are just good around the house lol he won't go out with them he says they're big boxers with pockets and a drawstring guess it depends on the person
I was really disappointed to get the shorts. They are much thinner material than I expected. Then price tag says $5.96 and I was charged $7. Tried chatting with Walmart customer help and they tried to tell me the tag was added later. hint: check out the price tag from Fruit of the Loom.
I bought four of these shorts because I was looking for some comfortable shorts to lounge around the house with. The shorts are comfortable enough but what I didn't like was that the elastic waist isn't very “elasticy”. Most shorts with an elastic waist come with a drawstring in the waistband too. Usually, you can tie the string once and leave it there and be able to pull on and off the shorts without untying it. Not so with these. I have now broken the strings of 3 of my 4 shorts because they don't stretch enough. You have to untie it every time you take the shorts off. Too bad because I like the shorts/material otherwise.
I have been buying these for a long time, but it's been two tears since I needed more new ones.. But now just crappy quality, the elastic is really cheap and loose fitting, the material itself is now very thin, but there is nothing better at this point.. Will have to keep them cause I already tried a couple of there other brands, and they were even more crappy..
The shorts were see thru ... Came with a tag on them that said price was $5.96 . I paid $7.00 for them . Not worth the time or energy to return them . Not worth putting them on unless you want people to see thru your shorts . Waste of money and shipping .. Most disappointing order I have every had from any company . Will never order from Walmart on line again.
The material has been getting flimsier and thinner every year. Now they have changed the waste band to be an uncomfortable, chafing, miserable plastic instead of the soft material used before. Complete junk. So disappointed. Anyting to make an extra 2 cents on a sale eh?
I don't know if it is just poor quality or some sort of safety design. Draw strings used to go all the way through and around, but now the string is cut and sewn into the back seem. As soon as you pull the string to tie it, the string breaks. Plus now you are not able to thread the string all the way because the hole/path the sting goes through ends in the back. You have to cut into the back on both sides of the seem and run the string around the seem. Thus destroying the shorts.
NEVER SHOWED UP. JUST AN E-MAIL THAT ORDER WAS CANCELLED. NO REASON GIVEN. OUT OF STOCK, SHOULD I REORDER? WHO KNOWS. WILL I EVER GEET MY SHORTS? WHO KNOWS. FIRST ON LINE EXPERIENCE WITH FRUIT OF THE LOOM. TELL ME HOW IT WENT. IT MIGHT BE TYPICAL. WHO KNOWS. AT THIS POINT, WHO CARES.
The waste band drawstring is not one continuous piece - it is two pieces sewn into the back seam of the shorts. Any modest tension and it pulls apart - and pulls out of the shorts. Absolute trash. Garbage. I am so angry that I purchased six pair.
