Wow! Finally, a nutritional, wellness, protein drink with a fresh taste and quality ingredients. I love all the flavor varieties that this thoughtful, American company offers. Fruve has been a favorite of mine for years and now it's exciting to get great fruit flavors with protein. I enjoy it as a post-workout boost or to add protein to my first meal of the day when I'm in a rush to get out the door in the morning. It helps me feel satisfied and reduce mid day cravings. It has a slight texture, but it's packed with greatness! I recommend keeping them chilled for optimal taste.

I have trouble getting enough protein in my diet and glad there is an alternative to protein shakes. The taste is an acquired one but so is protein powder so it wasn't much of a change for me.

Product is good for a drink with all the benefits it has

It is definitely gritty, not unlike the sediment at the bottom of turkish coffee - I was expecting a filtered juice. I was also expecting a clean fruit taste but it's sicky sweet, somewhere between cotton candy and an energy drink. It took me a few sips to get past the initial shock of it all. I think I do taste something that resembles blueberry, but the sweetness is overpowering and I don't understand where it comes from. I probably won't buy more of this flavor but if the one with pear is ever in stock again, I'll try that one...

I drink chlorophyll and eat algae or seaweed or mushrooms no problem. Though the diff flavors and extracts would taste a bit funky since they mix it with pear and banana puree, and might have too much sugar and carbs for my liking but ai decided with that mix of great stuff except the yams sounded strange, I thought maybe for color and beta carotene? Well this is so fricken disgusting, I decided however to try it after a workout for the protein ugh it was barely edible over a twenty four hour period. I thought maybe I won't get anymore (I purchased the four pack), but I can get some refrigeration in these cans. Being cold might help the taste? Uh nope can not finish another sip is thick and chunky and I am used to protein waters and collagen supplements are thick as well however this faked the bar for disgusting. After refrigeration tasted like seaweed fish slop mixed with aluminum. There is a coupon on top of the cardboard it came in ahhhh no thanks.
