These days we use our smart phones, forget even digital cameras, to take most of the photographs. My smart phone has an excellent camera, in fact it has three excellent cameras to take wonderful pictures. Why bother with a disposable camera? Well, there are still a few things that I cannot do with my phone when I take pictures. I cannot take it underwater. I do not want it to be in the sand or in the mud during my active weekend, for example. Here is where this disposable camera comes in. It is sealed in a plastic transparent case so it can be submerged under water up to 35 feet (10 meters) deep. It can be dropped into mud or sand, and it will continue to take pictures, just swipe sand or mud from the plastic cover. It has ISO 800 film so pictures can be taken pretty much under any light conditions during the day. 27 exposures is enough for me for a day or during one active event, underwater or on the beach, but if more exposures are needed, just take another such camera. The camera does not have a flash so it is best not to use it at night, or in the dark or unclear water. It is easy to operate. Just point and shoot. The counter shows how many exposures you have left. Keep it cool, protect from heat and x-rays. Of course, once I am done taking pictures, I have to take it to a place for film processing. It is an old way. It is somewhat inconvenient today. But once I see the vivid pictures I took with the camera, I am pleased that I had it done that way without risking my smart phone going into the water, or being covered with sand or mud. Great solution for today!
Fujifilm Quicksnap 800 Waterproof 35mm Disposable Camera - 27 Exposures is a fantastic Camera and works perfectly underwater. I purchase 2 to 3 Fujifilm Quicksnap 800 Waterproof cameras per year, when I go to the Animal Parks. They take fantastic pictures in any condition, but they work perfectly in any water that I have used them in. I highly recommend this product to everyone.
My first time using a Fujifilm QuickSnap waterproof camera for that matter it is the first waterproof camera I have ever used. So, I can't say my phots turned out good. I did try again with another Fujifilm QuickSnap waterproof camera I am sure they are going to be a lot better. I learned a few things and I hope to take better photos next time. Just a few things to consider before you take your photos. I didn't think about the sun's location at all why would that matter. It matters a lot when you are taking your photos underwater. For best results use it in direct sunlight and (do not face your back to the sun). The only downside was getting the film developed. All photos places will not develop this film and the ones that do send the film out and it takes a few weeks to get it back. Once film sent off, developed, and photos with CD returned, you can just use your PC to enhance the digital photos and they are going to be great. This way you can make copies for your friends and family to enjoy, I really am surprised with this camera it fun the cost of it is not bad at all. A great way to learn how to use one. I had fun after I got into this camera business and you and your children will like it also. I can not wait to play with this with my grandchildren s. And it does float on the water by the way. I think children will love this and have a lot of fun with their friends taking photos.
I have used many disposable camera but I had never used one that could be used outside in the rain in the snow, or even underwater. It is super simple to use no matter your age. It has a thick outer shell on the camera that completely seals it inside so there is no way water can get inside it. There are two knobs on outside one for taking the picture and one to wind up for next picture taken. I really like its design and it will be perfect during the Christmas holiday for outside pictures.
Film photography is “old school”, but there are times when “old school” is best. I decided to try my skills again on film with this Fugifilm Quicksnap 35mm camera in a nostalgic walk along the beach. I rediscovered the passé skills of carefully framing every shot, unlike digital photography where burst shots substitute for talent. Every picture I took was composed as a future memory, each with a larger need to preserve the moment, to press the shutter release only when the time was exactly right. I produced a series of farmable works of art, not just another album for the files. I highly recommend this sturdy, water proof camera to anyone who learned photography the best way, as an art form. My granddaughter also loved taking her own camera on a fun day at the beach.
I have a 3yr old niece who loves taking pictures. However, she's not capable of taking care of expensive things yet, so this camera was perfect. We didn't use it for water adventures, but we did take it on a hike. I love it because it's durable and could withstand being dropped and hit against various objects without an issue. We haven't developed the film yet, so I can't comment on the picture quality, but the camera itself was easy enough to use for a 3yr old.
This Fujifilm 35mm Waterproof disposable camera is a great camera to take to the beach for taking pictures of fish and coral while scuba diving. Also great anywhere outside....even in the snow! Easy to use...Quicksnap. Waterproof to 35ft. depth. One time use camera...disposable. Take to drug store or Walmart for developing. This is not a digital camera. Takes 27 pictures. Solid case protects camera from water, humidity, dust, dirt and sand.
This disposable film camera is so nostalgic and also perfect for wet activities that you want to capture forever! There is a rubber band strap handle and the camera shutter click and film rotate functions are really easy to use. The case can be recycled by Fujifilm so I really like that the company clearly let's the customer know how to dispose of the case when complete!
I really like this Fuji Quick Snap Waterproof Camera. It's perfect for those special occasions where a cellphone battery may power down due to tons of use. No batteries which means you can capture most moments rather easily. I also like that the camera has 27 exposures, meaning that you could get 27 great pictures out of one camera. The one thing this lacks is a flash so I definitely wouldn't recommend this for indoor or low lighting photography. I took pictures when it was somewhat cloudy and the photos came out nice and sharp and crisp. For a disposable camera I was impressed as other disposable cameras I have used in the past the pictures didn't come out as well. Most were blurry. No blurry photos in this roll at all. I didn't take any underwater photos due to the fact it is very cold right now but I like the waterproof case that would allow you to take them. This camera also has a nice rubberband around it that you take off and put t h.g rough the side and loop it so you can carry it on your wrist. The camera is well packaged in a nice bright eye catching box that would be extremely easy to spot on the shelf. Overall with the exception that it doesn't have a flash, this camera is terrific and I highly recommend it.
Convenient waterproof camera for any water adventure. There is a slot where you can secure your camera to a string/wristlet so that it doesn't sink. Doesn't come with any zoom feature or flash so make sure you use during the day and up close. Can't wait to use it on my next trip to the river!
