Amazing product!
It was very easy to put together and my granddaughter loves it and that's all that matters to me

There were missing parts like the wheels to the drawers and the part J which connects to the drawers. (brackets). Very nice bed other than that.
The drawers were very difficult to put together. Overall I love how big it is .

I haven't even had it for a month, and it's already sagging. It wasn't a good purchase—it doesn't last long.
Not only did I pay $95 for the frame to properly be assembled, but I feel I wasted my money. I have back problems which is why I ordered the lower bed. The slats that the mattress lay across apparently aren’t long enough for the frame. I SAT at the foot of my bed and fell straight through. My son came home and helped me out of the collapse and he placed the slats back in their spots. Then last night I woke up to go to the bathroom and sat up to n the bed only to fall in again. The charging port came broke and the lights with a short in them and Velcro lights that don’t Velcro. I can’t afford to pay anyone to take it apart or to help me get it sent back or I would. I wish I could just get my money back. I wish I could’ve given 0
