I bought a Reverse Osmossis water cleaner, which puts out pure H2O. It suggested that I replenish with mineral caps the good elements that were removed with the harmful elements. This is the only version that I found that specifies what is in it and how much.

full Spectrum Minerals is a good product and has the right mix of minerals without iron,i like that the daily recommended dosage is 4 times a day which allows me to take them with meals,i am very happy with this product,very good mix of minerals including boron,we do not get enough minerals with our foods and should take extra minerals to get the amount we should have,thanks Swansonvitamins

This product doesn't have calcium carbonate that is derived from limestone in it. Our bodies cannot assimilate inorganic minerals, thus I'm happy with this product that I've been taking for several years.
