The product came perfectly boxed with clear to read instructions. All hardware and tools are included. I expected the flower boxes to be flimsy, but they are very sturdy and there are drainage inserts for the bottom of each planter. Bonus, it comes with 4 hooks to hang your garden tools. The stand itself it bigger than I expected. Overall I'm very happy with the product.

I am so impressed with these vertical towers. They are incredibly sturdy, hold a generous amount of soil, and have a tiny footprint—perfect for a patio or front porch. Setup was a breeze; with two people, we finished both in under 30 minutes! ​I did make one modification: I taped over the original drainage holes and drilled two new ones in each planter so excess water drips directly into the level below. This saves water and keeps the area below clean. It’s a high-quality system that's built to last. I would definitely purchase these again!

Plant stand came in a small box and was quite heavy which meant the frame was very strong and sturdy, which it is. You know how instructions go nowadays, they don't always tell you everything. However, my husband and I do things ourselves so we put it together and we laughed as we put a few things in wrong but was easy to figure out. It didn't take long, less than an hour pulling everything out of the box and laying it out and putting it together. I feel I got a real bargan since it was on sale. The boxes are nice sizes and I am planning on planting herbs and this will do nicely for that or putting flowering plants in, it's up to me. Two of the wheels lock and that's great to keep it from rolling around, which I love that it rolls.

package was bearly taped shut, box looked like went thru wind storm, but nothing broken or bent inside, carrier (Fed-X) did not follow instruction to deliver to back door -- bearly made it onto front porch poor assembly instructions, took three tries to get legs on right. once assembled looks sturdy

I bought this as a Mother's Day gift and would have been happy with it if it didn't arrive damaged. The plastic planters are shipped in a stack and the outermost planter appears to have been damaged from a forklift. It's completely cracked and won't hold soil. This makes the item useless. I can't purchase a matching planter box locally. The seller has yet to return any of my four emails or calls in spite of Walmart assuring me they would contact me within 48 hours. That was five days ago. Third party shippers through Walmart are a huge risk. This isn't the first time I've been burned ordering from Walmart. Never again. I will be using Amazon only from now on. They offer a recourse on returns and at least answer their phones.

I’ve request a refund due to one of the side metal pieces being welded backwards on the wrong side of the bar and only 4 nuts are required for the assembly, however only 4 are provided and 1 has no threading making it impossible to assemble the unit. I’ve reached out and hope to hear a resolution since it’s a faulty product with low quality materials.

This is a really good idea for a little garden from having a small apartment up to a house. I bought it to grow herbs in in my backyard yesterday it took me 4 1/2 hours to try and put it together. I know I put it together correctly because I went over it time and time again one of the bars it's too long one is too short so the little pots that you put the dirt in do not sit on the metal things very easily. I will be returning this it was terrible to try to put it together and I'm pretty good at putting stuff together. The instructions are straightforward and I did the ANC and BND just like it says it was terrible putting this together. I don't think there's enough instructions I will be returning this.

I just opened this today, planning on putting it together to do my planting. Imagine my surprise when I opened it to find that there were no hangers, no casters, no screws, no nuts, no wrench and no allen wrench. I will have to find my receipt, put it all back together in the box, and take it to walmart for a refund. I am very disappointed...
