It ordered it it is nice but upset a piece came crack nice quality but nothing should not come cracked

Arrived missing instructions and a vital part.
The stand came with no assembly instructions. I went to the manufacture's website and found their website is down. I finally found a YouTube video showing how to assemble it at which time I realized I am missing a part and can't assemble it. This item is being returned so I can buy something that will actually meet my needs.

No directions.
I purchased this item it didnt come with directions. I asked customer service to help with finding the directions or getting a copy. They sent the wrong ones, I contacted them again they told me to google it. Which I have been and have not found them. Its kinda insane they cant be bothered to put directions in the box and act bothered when you ask for help.

Way Too Small
I searched for a TV stand that would accommodate a 65" TV and this came up as one that would. After spending an hour assembling the product, I was dismayed to realize that it is too small for a TV of that size.

Raggedy furniture
Was very difficult to put together and it damaged my glasses. Needed to nail it down and patch it up. Now I have to paint it.

DO NOT BUY
TERRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE. I was not ever able to assemble it. I just ended up throwing it away. I think they put the parts in the box incorrectly!
