A high quality, all natural sleep supplement with an excellent blend of herbal ingredients that work better together. Some of my favorite ingredients in this formula are: Lemon Balm, Valerian Root, Passionflower, Skullcap, Hops and Chamomile. It helps me drift off to sleep. And I also take it during the day to ease the pain from my diabetic neuropathy and Fibromyalgia. The Valerian Root and Catnip do give off a strong aroma in the bottle but I don't taste it when I swallow the pills. Just make sure you take them with plenty of water.

the good quality ingredients and their dosages that are used in this supplement are very supportive of good sleep and so far it's helped me get better sleep and more benefit. the size of the bottle is small and i'd really recommend this to anyone who wants something similar

This product helps me to get more sleep at night, but now I am taking pre-and probiotics and magnesium citrate along with it, most nights I get a fairly good sleep with longer periods before waking and shorter periods of staying awake. They aren't perfect and some nights I still have a lot of wakefulness, but overall they are helping me to have a much better sleep much more often than before I was taking them. They may not work for everyone, but I would recommend them to anyone who has a difficult time sleeping most of the time.

Since I received this product I drink it every night and can feel how I start to relax after taking it. Think in this time of Covid lockdowns and the fact that we are far from family menbers and a lot of unsertainty we all sometimes feel overwelmed. I felt like I need to switch of my brain and this is defnity helping me with that, I use this with Melatonin and I sleep very well and feel so rested in the morning. Love this...!!!

It really works, good quality! I like the ingredients and size, It helps to relax. I take one pill before my sleeping when I need. It includes a magnesium, valerian root and chamomile herb that for me are big benefit. And after waking up I feel so good without some headache or heavy feelings like after some other pills for sleep.

Had high hopes for this but I guess I'm just broken. I have had sleep issues my entire adult life. Even in my own bed it takes me hours to fall asleep usually & often I wake up multiple times during the night. If I am in a hotel or someone else's house, it is not uncommon for me to just not sleep all night. I've only tried this twice now & will probably give it a couple more chances, but really did not notice any difference either time I tried it. Maybe I should take it earlier in the night? I don't know. On the directions it just says take "at bedtime". So I usually take it maybe 15-20 minutes before I get into bed.
