As a professional House cleaner, I think this mopping system is great. When using flat mops, we always have the issue of no efficient way of rinsing the mop head in between mopping different areas of a house and it results in just tracking and smearing mess from one floor to another so I quit using flat mops for a long time. With joy mop it’s not only rinsing the dirty pad, but it is scraping it as it goes up and down so it’s removing a substantial amount of dirt and buildup that was just mopped. I love how lightweight and compact it is. The pole is longer than the average mop so it is a lot easier to get the job done and much better on your physical health. The mop head is a good size so it covers a decent amount of area making mop time less. This mop stores really well, it travels really well. The floors dry quickly. I haven’t noticed any smearing or grimy streaks. Very pleased with this product.

I love this mopping system!!! Reusable mop heads Tall - so i dont have to bend over so much! I had it right next to the door. It was hardly noticeable. It quite unique. My only disappointment with it is that the handle is not strong at the joint and will bend or break.

The convenience of using this product is great! I do not have to stop to put on another pad to continue the job. All I have to do is rinse the mo and continue the mopping/cleaning. The bucket is easy to empty, clean out and continue the job,

The value of how much they charge for this is not something I would ever pay. The scent is not my favorite. The texture is sticky.. The scent is also not pleasant, consistently not my choice.

The bucket does not hold the water. So while trying to mop, the water was just pouring all over my floor. Even after assuring it was completely plugged in on the water release sides. So my cleaning detergents were wasted %26 I had to reuse in another bucket. The dirty water on the dry side was also going on the floor making more work for me. Also when you squeeze the mop that dirty water goes on the clean water side. Yeah I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this product. The mop itself is ok. No issues with that.

It fell apart and the plug for the bucket wouldn’t stay in the bucket to hold water very cheaply made

This is so cheaply made. Fought with it once to lean the floor and that will be enough really no star rating but it wasn't that an option
