Great Value Angle Broom with Dustpan

Senior Citizens Love items shipped to their house. Fast Shipping (when it was FedX...UPS has had So many damaged packages, because poorly packed. Customer Service helpful. Competitive prices. Fairmont, MN store needs some New Team Coaches...SO Many refund orders...it's A real pain. We need what we order on time.

The broom was shipped without a box, and the person who delivered it took a photo of it the second it was delivered to the reception area where I live. This was helpful because it was miss placed and I knew exactly what to look for to find it. I wanted a broom from the dollar store because they are good yet cheap. This was the closest price I could find comparatively. And the product's quality is slightly better.

I got tired of using one broom for upstairs n basement so brought a cheaper one for the basement. It comes with a dustpan too. It turns out to work good. Cat's litter box is down in basement n broom sweeps it up good. Just as good as my other broom. Gets dirt out of small spaces n goes in dustpan easy.

The only thing I needed more than this broom is someone to use it for me. But I like this one cuz it picks up everything in one pass without launching dust bunnies into the air. That means I don’t have to keep my asthma inhaler strapped to my hip. It’s a good broom.

I have no bad things to say about the broom, I like the angle so you can easily sweep in a normal moition. However, the first day using the dustpan it cracked. Its so thin and brittle. It looks like it will keep cracking so I'll need to buy a separate dustpan

I just want a broom that doesn’t have “magnetic” bristles that cause hair and dirt to pile up in the bristles. It’s just so nasty to have to pull all the gunk out of the bristles each time once I’m done sweeping. I’d really just love to find an old-fashioned wheat-straw broom that sweeps the floor clean without everything from the floor loading onto the bristles. Can’t find that broom anywhere. These magnetic brooms are exhausting…and this one in particular is really tall and heavy even for me and I’m 5’11” 226lbs. Buyer beware.

The great value room is a substitute for the one that I had recently ordered, but I see no difference between the lower price that I was placed in an order for in great values double the price for the same quality of room so I don’t see how I win because the price is not right, but I’m I will use it because that’s all you have and I need to have one and I don’t have transportation to go to different places to find one so.

I needed a broom Tonight!! I did not get this broom.....Im so frustrated with this order. I was charged for a broom and got nothing. I paid for stainless pots and got Teflon. What Gives WalMart? I chose your stire 9 miles away because I trusted your people would do the right thing. Next time its going to be Amazon and Publix. They rarely make mistakes. geez 300 dollar order and the most important two items are wrong.

This broom and dustpan was very nice. I like the size of the broom, but unfortunately with my disability, I had to order a dust pan with a handle on it as a broom set and didn't receive it with us sent this as a replacement so had to return it to the store. Otherwise it was something that is a great value I believe.

It was broke and by the time I got to work I couldn’t get a new one as I didn’t have time and needed the broom for work. It was clearly broken so I know the employees could’ve seen it and I would’ve too if I had out it in my car instead of the employee.
