This sauce packs plenty of Asian flavor, not too salty, not too sweet, a hint of smokiness, and mild heat. Great for stir fry, wonderful as a finishing sauce for grilled kebabs, perfect dipping sauce for egg rolls.

The soy taste was not there thank goodness because I like soy sauce but not on everything. And when it comes to its heat level it is not that hot at all. I mix it in with my ground turkey hamburgers whenever I want a little extra kick to it. The stir fry sauce is so good I tend to leave no crumbs behind whenever I mix it with food.

Oh my goodness this person here I haven't tried sweet-and-sour but that is the one that I want. I think it makes everything that I can think of that I like as far as flavor I look forward, but I am going to try to mix to get a sweet-and-sour sauce, but this year it just brought my Chinese dish to another level.
