Sauce replacement
Having a corn allergy has challenged me to find seasonings to replace the sauces that I can't have . This seasoning is the best.

It has potential, but is too coarse and hard.
This item has potential but in my opinion is too coarse and hard. As is, it does not permeate the food well as a rub or marinade and the end result still produced hard pieces that are not pleasant. If this was ground finer it would be a much better product.
