I've heard good things about the Brand Gaia Herbs and since I was wanting to try Aswagandha for mood; and was very excited to see WalMart online carried it. The capsule is easy to sallow. I like the dark glass jar it comes in. Now hoping to see a significant improvement in mood consistency over the next few weeks. Taking as indicated on bottle - 1 capsule twice a day.

I love Gaia ashwagandha! I've tried several other brands and this is by far the best absorption to date! It has helped my thyroid and my menopausal symptoms!
I was skeptical that this would even me out but it truly has. I would agree I seem to sleep a little better some nights still not so much but I will definitely keep taking this.
I'm a busy working mom with two young kids and recently started using ashwagandha in the evening and find that I have a little bit more patience with getting through the homework while simultaneously trying to get dinner on the table. I pair it with holy basil in the morning which has helped me get through the day with slightly less fires to put out. Life's not perfect, but every little bit helps!
Anxiety has definitely become a lot more manageable mostly noticed when dealing with my work commute/traffic during the week!
I take Ashwagandha for relaxing in the evening. it calms me to sleep and when i take it i sleep better (no waking up at 3 or 4 am) I love it!
I genuinely notice a difference in my day when I take this. I just feel lighter, more at ease with whatever comes my way. Thanks for the great product Gaia!
