Been taking elderberry here and there in the frigid flu season. So far no flu. Also got a flu shot a few months ago and requested no preservatives (without mercury, a toxin). Elderberry is known for its immune related properties.

My physician recommend I start taking Black Elderberry for extra protection during cold and flu season. This gives extra assurance in addition to my yearly flu shots. So far it appears to be working.

Very good immune booster! I also like to put it on a particular cheese with Stevia on top & tastes like berry cheesecake! Yum!

I am taking elderberry to keep my immunity strong. I feel safer in public knowing I have this in my system.

Being I'm allergic to chickens and eggs, I have to locate by trial and error during Flu Season and this has proven to me that this Herb along with many others that took me almost 15 years. I have been taking these 9 other Herbs for about 5 years, the only problem, I have to purchase these item during the Spring through Summer as the are gaining popularity which make more difficult to find.
