This product has benefitted me greatly. It is a natural way to increase digestive mobility without side effects such as cramping. I would recommend this probable whole heartedly.

It works! Doesn't caused cramping.
I have been buying this product for about 10years and it has always worked when I needed it to. I only needed to take two tablets at night and it worked as expected by the next morning. Since the formula changed it doesn't work at all. I have taken up to 4 at night and still no effect. New formula is not good at all. Sorry Gaia you made a mistake by changing the formula. I will no longer buy this product.
This a good product that works as intended if used as instructed. Only reason I gave 1 star is because it seems to be discontinued, plz bring this back.
