not medical advise... but it has been great source of ashawanda to relax my day.
This is the first time my husband and I have tried this product. First off the taste is just delicious. Secondly I can already tell a difference in my clarity of thinking my stress level and endurance has improved when working out and working long hours. I'm so glad to have found this supplement!
I had to write a review right after getting these because I was so impressed! I've taken Ashwagandha plenty of times before, since it's usually included in some other supplements I take. However, I love love love these gummies because I could feel it kick in right away. And I took ONE gummy-not the serving size of three. The best way I can describe the effects is this: I feel very level-headed and relaxed, but not sleepy/drowsy. I work in customer service, and took this during my day shift. I felt more calm and in-control. I can see this being a good supplement to take in the evening to wind down. I also have just a tiny bit of anxiety and this completely took that away!? I've never had anything do that before! Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed!
Perfect for times of daily stress that need a little extra help. Feels like taking a calming deep breath. Decided to subscribe to this product. I love the way my packaging come to me too ! It's like opening a gift ! Thank you Gaia !!
I have been using this product for 8 months, and I have seen a positive effect of calmness. The gummies are really easy to take, and they taste great as well. It has worked well for me, and I will continue to take it.

Delicious and high quality
I'm a believer in the benefits of Ashwagandha and the quality of this brand, HOWEVER, these aren't the best tasting gummies (IMO) . . . BUT worth a try if the price is right
