The majority of my supplements are from Gaia Herbs. Quality brand with clean organic ingredients. I most commonly use their Liver Cleanse, Resveratrol, Vitex Berry, Women's Balance, Plant Force Liquid Iron, Oregano Oil… I have seen instant benefits in using the required dosage in minimal time. Some of their supplements don't have a taste while others might leave an aftertaste, it all depends on the herbal composition of the product. Gaia Herbs supplements are very good quality product, I include several Gaia products into my daily regimen. I bought Quick Defense for my son. I give him every time he is getting cold or sick. Usually it helps him getting better in a couple of days.

I have used this when I feel something coming on several times and it works! You take 2 up to 5 times per day and for me, by the 2nd day, I feel better. You do have to do it right away when you have an inkling something is coming on. It's pricey, but worth it!

I used it last winter every time I felt I was getting cold, and it helped me! I recovered more quickly. I also love that the product is made of natural ingredients.

I am immunocompromised so when I feel sickness coming on, I try and do whatever I can to mitigate its severity. I've noticed sometimes it really works and sometimes it doesn't seem to do anything. It's hard to tell, but I keep purchasing.

Really powerful formula for when you start to get sick I don't take all of the recommended dosage in one day. I just spread it out and it works for me.
