Gaiam Yoga Block

I use my yoga bricks for chair yoga. I started to experiment with different yoga classes on line some use bricks, some don't. I have found a chair yoga class that is great for stretching after working out with weights or doing mixed cardio workout. This particular class uses bricks and I find that I get a very good stretch in my muscles after doing the class using the bricks.

Just your standard yoga block. I bought them in the purple color to add some comfort to my home yoga space. These blocks have a little bit of give to them, so if you want a more brick-like structure, avoid these. My only concern is that these blocks look like they may scratch or get/get gouge marks in them easily.

I bought this to match a block I purchased several years ago. I wanted to keep the same purple color. The blocks are great to have as a prop especially as you age. The only thing I noticed is that the new block is slightly higher than the older one. Not a big issue but just saying there is a difference the sizing now.

Bought this a little while ago for my yoga room something inexpensive to start . When i went to my favorite studio, they had like cork blocks. This one is a little squishier so when i need it for balancing or stretching, it squishes a little. Not very heavy so in lizard it may move putting arms on it. Worth the money to use but if you could, id get the heavier block :) if not this works!

My wife & I both love our Gaiam yoga blocks. They are an excellent addition to our daily practice. They provide extra stability during balance postures and guide our alignment throughout class. They have also helped progress our crow pose! We've had two blocks for over 5 years and they are still fully functional. We now have a small collection. :-) HIGHLY recommend!

The product is just as it was presented.  I'm actually using it (for now) under my desk to raise my feet up since sitting and typing all day.  Plans for use with Yoga in the future.  The material it's made from is really sturdy so expecting it to last a long while.

It's a great block for all the uses of a block like bringing the earth a little closer to me as I work on flexibility and something to hold on to you squeeze between my thighs as I practice core exercises. It does it's job, is a very nice color, and I will likely buy another soon.

I bought this yoga block because I am now practicing my yoga at home instead of a gym that offers blocks for member's use. The block is reasonably priced, I bought an extra for a friend - makes a great gift. Fun colors to choose from! The duffle bag I purchased for my daughters gym bag use, is perfect size, great construction and a beautiful option - you can fit a rolled yoga mat on the outside of the bag. Reasonably priced.

This is great - it's very firm, but light enough to throw into a suitcase. The only downside is that my cats love to scratch it, so I have to be sure to keep it out of their reach.

I was disappointed with blocks I purchased. They were less firm than the ones I purchased previously from Gaiam.  I previously recommended these blocks to my students and will no longer do so.
