Textured foam roller
This is a great foam roller, it's definitely better than my smooth foam roller. The grid pattern and grooves really help to get all the kinks , knots, and tightness out of my calves. It's a decent size and can be used for traveling since it's not too big. I am very happy with this purchase.

Can definitely see why it is so popular now! it does it's job. Eliminating soreness and stretching out those muscles for maximum potential and great results

Great travel roller
I generally use the full size roller at the gym, but when traveling, I have found this size to fit my needs. I am a petite 5', small framed woman, and I am able to roll, all areas including my back with this roller. Not sure if it would suit a larger person as well.

for what it is it seems great... I have lower/sciatic pinched never. When I used to visit a chiropractor he had a roller type machine he used on my back and this is similar I guess. I aim to use it carefully to loosen my back with caution... I hope. I've used it once so far and over time I hope it does some good. I use it flat in relation to my back, I don't want to chance odd angles. I think the price is a bit high for the material involved.
