ankles weight bearing is soft and good construction for a workout and rehab.

They worked very well for me

I was told to buy these by my physical therapist. I do all my exercises with these around my ankles. You could use them around your wrist also. They are just the right size. 1 pound.

Great quality but my wrist is too small, it was on the tightest it could go and it moved around.

Only issue I had was the listing was for 2- 1.5lb weights and I received 2- 3lb weights. Company refunded me but did not offer the correct item. Just said that the listing was incorrect. However, the build quality was very nice.

They fall off when walking at a brisk pace. And the Velcro is scratchy so long socks under them is a must. That is if worn as ankle weight

They are scratchy and they are too heavy for my legs or arms.

The ankle weights are fine. But they were carelessly packaged. They arrived on my porch literally hanging out of the torn packaging. The weights are individually wrapped in clear plastic, which protected them. But the outer wrapping of corrugated paper was virtually destroyed--which doesn't matter if you're not worried about the impression it creates of the management of your company that provides its workers with substandard packaging material and poor fundamental training.

i never received the wrist weights. Whoever packaged it put the wrong label on the box. I received a pressure cooker and have to go back to the store to return it.
