BalanceFrom Fully Adjustable Ankle Wrist Arm Leg Weights, 2 lbs Pair

ankles weight bearing is soft and good construction for a workout and rehab.

they were easy to put on

They worked very well for me

I was told to buy these by my physical therapist. I do all my exercises with these around my ankles. You could use them around your wrist also. They are just the right size. 1 pound.

These weights are easy to put on and take off . I am very satisfied with my purchase. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with is that the website showed them to be a pretty bright blue color and they are actually a teal color. Not as pretty as pictured.

These were purchased to help with walking exercise, as I am unable to do much else. They are great! I wear them when I walk anywhere - around the house, short walks outdoors, or when I'm on my feet playing with the dog. I also wear them on my wrists to strengthen my arms. Great purchase!

seem to be fine for what needed

Only issue I had was the listing was for 2- 1.5lb weights and I received 2- 3lb weights. Company refunded me but did not offer the correct item. Just said that the listing was incorrect. However, the build quality was very nice.

The ankle weights are fine. But they were carelessly packaged. They arrived on my porch literally hanging out of the torn packaging. The weights are individually wrapped in clear plastic, which protected them. But the outer wrapping of corrugated paper was virtually destroyed--which doesn't matter if you're not worried about the impression it creates of the management of your company that provides its workers with substandard packaging material and poor fundamental training.

i never received the wrist weights. Whoever packaged it put the wrong label on the box. I received a pressure cooker and have to go back to the store to return it.
