This is a well made, easy to use product. It makes it so easy to exercise and build strength in my hands and forearms. It's definitely worth the cost and I'm so glad I bought it.
This item works as described and I use it every other day. I do 50 squeezes each hand at 50 pounds. Being a senior citizen it helps keep my hands limbered up and eases up my arthtitis.
I like that it has a low adjustment since I have RA in my fingers. It gives me a chance to gradually increase my strength.
