The TriggerPoint GRID STK Foam Roller is a must have for anyone who is even remotely active! This foam roller really helps you loosen up your muscles, whether they're tight just before a workout, tired after a workout, or sore the next day. Foam rolling with this feels better than a massage, since you can control how hard or soft you press. Really helps with warm ups before exercising or recovery after exercising. I've noticed quicker recovery times and improved mobility since I started foam rolling. I highly recommend using this TriggerPoint GRID STK Foam Roller - it will get the job done! I bought the TriggerPoint GRID STK Foam Roller because of tightness from running frequently and it has made all of the difference. After some days where I log 10 miles, my body gets really stiff and this roller helps loosen everything up. It super convenient to carry with me thanks to its size. It doesn't matter if you are a competitive runner or somebody just starting out, the TriggerPoint GRID STK Foam Roller is perfect! I am writing this as part of a contest.

Rolling with this was great because the handles were easy to grip and allowed for deep tissue relief. The foam roller didn't hurt and was great for getting areas that you can't easily reach with a standard foam roller. Would definitely recommend purchasing if you exercise regularly as a way to soothe muscle soreness or discomfort. I wrote this review as part of a sweepstakes.

I pulled my hamstring earlier this year and have been working diligently to have a good recovery - this has been a key method in my toolbox. I'll use a regular foam roller first and then use this to target areas - the whole body is connected so even though you might have a local injury, it is beneficial to get all the surrounding muscles and throughout! I've used plastic stick rollers and the GRID STK foam roller is in a league of its own. It holds up well and the grippy material ensures a comfortable grip while exerting lots of pressure. Love TriggerPoint products - always awesome quality!

I just ran a half marathon and I'm using this to relieve my muscles! This is light and also a great size which is travel friendly if you want to bring this around. The foam and rolling around helps with the increased circulation helping to relieve muscles. Great for the price! I have another roller (all plastic) and it was much cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for. In retrospect i should have bought this one in the first place!

I was needing something relatively quickly and this product was in stock. I wish I had ordered one of the other products I saw and just waited the extra 2 weeks. The flat plastic on this roller does not provide extra firm density. I don't see much difference between this product and the rolling pin I have in my kitchen. I was ultimately looking for something to really work into my muscles. This is not the product for me.
