Love this thing
It works so well for my quads. It's definitely a nice step up from the super soft blue rollers but not as hard as a standard medium density roller.

Great longer foam roller for maximum support.
Wonderfully longer and more supportive than the short ones. Very easy to use and works out the back pain quickly.

works great for small areas
great quality, helps for those tight spots, but may be too small for you. I would recommend this for legs or arms, but not for the back as it's kinda small and doesn't allow you to fully lay on it.

Triggerpoint core foam roller
It is small and easy to work with for smaller areas in need. We have the largest one also, and I actually get more out of that size than the smaller one.

Its Junk
Works good for a few months then breaks down and split in half. Customer service blew me off. Its junk for the same $26.00 you can get 2 solid foam rollers.
