Simple yet effective product. Make my ab workouts more challenging and extends the range of motion my abs must work than just laying on a flat surface.

It's a little awkward at first but after time and some shifting around, I can use it with ease. Now I just have to be careful not to strain but the days of skinning my back are over.

We use about mats in my crossing class and I want one at home to use. This one is it, works just like the ones I use in class.

I really like the Arched Back Stretcher. I have been looking for something that would help me with the arch in my back. A old geezer like me wants to walk straight up as long as I can. It frees some of the stiff muscles and I can feel some ribs shifting back to where they belong. It is sturdy enough to not breakdown for years.

AbMat works great and is comfortable while doing sit-ups.
