ProsourceFit Tri-Fold Folding Gymnastics Mat 6’x2’ for Exercise, Black

We have terrazzo floors which makes exercising on the floor a challenge. This mat is just the right size to save my knees, elbows, head, and back. It is quite thick with the proper amount of stiffness. I also like that it folds up into thirds as this makes it small enough to tuck away (storage) while still not being too thick in the process. I am not sure why the gray color is so much less expensive, but this neutral color is fine for me. I have been leaving it out on the floor behind my desk so that when I sit down and/or get up from my desk, I am encouraged to at least get on and off the floor or to take a mini exercise break. They say small changes can make a difference!

This is a great mat for home workouts. It is especially helpful for exercises where you're required to lie on your back, such as sit-ups and leg lifts. Also, it has the right amount of thickness %26 firmness, and is easy to store.

Very nice especially for the price very comfortable and storing is convenient. Would recommend.

great workout mat and it is thick enough because I weight 230 lbs.

not flimsey and knees don't hurt

Perfect for home exercise. I'm 62 and need the extra padding. Works great for floor exercises.

The Tri-Fold mat arrived in good shape & on the delivery date posted by ProSource. It's a top quality item, reasonably priced and exactly what I had hoped to find for my home work-outs. The 1.5 cushioning allows comfortable work-outs on our hardwood floors & retains its original thickness after strenuous usage. In use, the length & width fit perfectly in our NY apartment space; and the tri-fold configuration allows for easy storage. I highly recommend this product as well as ProSource to anyone looking for quality equipment & reliable customer service.

This item is durable. It lasts a long time. It is comfortable. It is not too hard. It is not too soft. It is just right. Most of all I love the different colors. This allows you to change every now and again. In order to make a product this fabulous, there must have been much hard work going into making this product. Also, I love the price. Thank you!

very sturdy

Perfect to pad the tile floor of my work-out room when I lie down for stomach exercises. Surprisingly thick. Glad I go it!
