Bosu Multi-Functional 26" Balance Strength Trainer Ball, Home Gym Equipment, Blue

I purchase this Bosu ball after signing up for Pilates classes. I had trouble balancing myself, so my instructor advised me to buy for at home. I thought the price was high, but when I received it the ball came with a set of videos and a print out of different workouts plus a pump to pump up the ball. The price is worth it. And I'm getting better balancing myself!

I will be doing PT for the rest of my life to address a hip impingement due to congenital hip dysplasia. One of the most stupendous pieces of equipment to address strength and balance is the Bosu Ball. And although I bought it for my hips, I'm now incorporating it into my total body workouts, thanks to the supporting documents with exercise suggestions. The ball is sturdy, extremely easy to inflate, and I trust the Bosu name since every gym and PT I've ever worked at has used it. Walmart had the best price around and it come within 24 hours.

We are happy with the product. The delivery was unacceptable in our opinion. It was a fairly large box, left out by the driveway, in plain sight of anyone on the street, in a hot, total sunshine area. There was an ample porch, with shade and chairs that would help conceal the item. How hard would it have been for the delivery person to think about how little effort it would have taken to give good customer service.
