The product I received was exactly as advertised. Additionally once you receive the set of five you can call them to receive an additional band (with the strongest resistance - orange band) free if you post a review of the product. It is a family owned company and I have a lot of respect for small businesses with good business sense. Sending a quality product out and then having an intelligent promotion to gain additional customers is something that I wish more businesses would do. I have already used these bands in the park and was able to completely replicate a work out that I would normally get in the gym. I bought these to use with my workout videos, they are great! Very nice instructions on how to use them. I love the fact that I can get a great workout, fold everything into the nice storage bag and not have to have a cluttered mess of dumbbells in my way! Also I can take them when I travel...so convenient.

Fast delivery, within first exercise I could feel the burn in muscles that I couldn't feel when using dumbells. I would highly recommend to all age groups young and old, the bands are made with high quality, the exercise book that comes with is easy to read and understand, if you live in an apartment or have little room these bands are a great workout.

These resistance bands are great, each one comes with a handle You can use 2 or 3 at a time We use them all the time

The red band broke after only 4 uses - I am surprised that the product was so poorly constructed.
