Very easy to use

Love this Core Balance Disc trainer. Use it for sitting long periods of time at my computer at work. It keeps my back straight and helps my legs and rear-end from going to sleep. Highly recommend this!

I am using this product as a balance cushion for some of my students to sit on while in the classroom. It works great!

The sitting disc was hard and very uncomfortable to sit on very any length of time

I was super excited to receive this balance disc then when I opened the package and read the instructions I got the pump out and realized the pin that you insert had completed broken and separated from the put that screws into the black plastic making it useless. So luckily the balance disc comes with some air, but once it deflates I will have to search for a new pump that fits.
