ProsourceFit Exercise Balance Pad made with Non-Slip Cushioned Foam 15.5"x 12.5"

I have migraines and epilepsy so on a lot of meds. I can be very off balance so PT had me doing exercises by standing on one foot and heel toe exercises. It made a huge difference. This is the exact pad is the one at the PT. I have to say now that I am done with PT I still do the exercises and it makes a huge difference. You would not think it is sturdy enough but it really is. I have used it for yoga and push ups (the girly ones).

This pad is thick but not so high off the ground that you worry about losing your balance. I will be having knee replacement in a couple weeks . The enclosed pamphlet is tremendously helpful with basic exercises and I can feel a difference already. It makes perfect sense to get strong before the surgery so that physical therapy can be most effective.

I really like the quality of this mat- it's thick and sturdy and has just enough give to make your muscles engage and balance. It's just like what I had to use for physical therapy. I will continue to use it for stretching and strength building exercises.

This pad is soft . Your feet will sink into it. This makes you work harder to keep your balance. This pad is good if you have trouble keeping your balance.

Great deal compared to the brand my physical therapy department recommends. It feels exactly the same as the kind my physical therapist uses, but much more affordable. (Ignore the claw marks in the pic-my cat decided he instantly liked it, too!)

Good size. Bought to help with balance and I use it as cushion with jump up exercises.

Originally ordered this to for ankle rehab but ordered the wrong size. I need one twice as big. Was going to return it but got busy. I stood on it once. The rest of the time it has been sitting in a box. Was going to order another and just use them together but one day I moved it from the box and noticed it looked very used. I stood on it for a few seconds just to see if both my feet could fit on it for a specific exercise. That's it. Now it is all smashed. Needless to say, I won't buy a second or anything from thos brand.

Uncomfortable to sit on—not supportive like I thought it would be.
