ProsourceFit High Density Half-Round Foam Rollers 12”, 18", 36" Black

I really love the half circle design of this. I mostly use this to stand on, to help improve my balance, along with flipping it over to stand on to help stretch my arches and legs. It's also really nice to have more control with the stability of the flat side when laying on it the length of your spine.

Working out my whole life and yet, this is my first half roller purchase! It is an excellent tool to infuse into an existing exercise regimen or to get yourself started on that path. Recently I have returned to focusing more attention on my upper back. Grabbed the 3' Roller. My fav exercise right now: Lay the roller down. Put a pillow on around 2 inches of one end. Carefully line up the spine on roller and head on the pillow. Open the arms to their respective sides and lay. What a perfect start or end to the day. Yesterday I used it for lifting my heels during kettlebell squats. I also use it for different balance exercises. So many options! It is very firm, but that works great for me!

It is very firm. I lay on it to stretch my shoulders out and straighten my spine. I put a blanket or towel over it to cushion it a little. It can also be used for balance improvement.

This is just like the foam rollers used at my physical therapy organization. Very reasonably priced.

Exactly what I needed for my back. The others move around too much and this helps me stay stable.

This roller is everything I need it for and everything I hoped for. It's a good value - so far and it l expect it to hold up well.

I ordered the 36 inch roller and received the 12 inch roller. I tried to do an exchange and instead they refunded my money. As long as you're not ordering the 36 inch option I think it was a fairly good product.
