This item is a great value if you're looking to a replace a green heavy resistance band. When you set out to replace a single band with a particular resistance you'll often find band sets offering several bands with different amounts of resistance, which means you'll have to buy bands you may not use. Elsewhere, you may find a single band with your preferred resistance but at a price sometimes as much as a set of bands. This product solves that issue as you get a roll of your preferred resistance that you can cut into several bands -- at least two, if not more, depending on the length you need. It's a great bulk value for a quality band.
If you are familiar with the brand, you already know that Theraband is the go to. My P/T told me to get an extra-long one. They were out of heavy resistance, saw this, and it is perfect. It does not roll up on you. I am using this one to help support my knee.
Product is as advertised. quality is good and holding up well. I am able to complete the exercises with no issues.
i use these in PT so i decided to purchase them myself. they are great quality exercise bands.
Gold is the most resistant color in the TheraBand line. And with this measuring 24 feet, it's easily possible to fold it into 12', 8', or even 6' lengths to double, triple, or quadruple the resistance. While gyms are closed during our state's coronavirus lockdown, I'm using it to replace a variety of exercises that I can't recreate as easily using my bench, barbells, and dumbbells. These include low cable rows, lat pulldowns, high cable crunches, tricep pulldowns, and even prone leg curls. And if I didn't have even the limited weight kit I have, this also could work for bicep curls, military press, vertical chest press, etc. Only one caution: avoid pulling too tightly if you've wrapped it around something with sharp angles. I had bought earlier an 8' length, and wrapped it around an 8" post for low cable rows, but the post edge snapped it. Though I semi-repaired that by tying the two lengths together again, now I'm using a double-folded towel to wrap the post first, giving a protective cushion to the TheraBand. Otherwise, this is an invaluable tool at a great price, and I'd recommend it to anyone trying to maintain a weight training routine while the gyms remain closed. Just buy enough length to match your resistance needs based on your existing strength level.
I've ordered these from other vendors and they were all dried out. This box came in great condition.
I work in Home Health and I use this bands everyday and recommend them to my Patients
I have been using this product for many years and will continue to do so.
Extremely light to pull. I had to order a different set. This is in a long roll and you cut to the length you want. I didn't return because I had already cut one piece off.
Couldn't tell you anything about the product. It was shipped to the wrong address, even after I changed it to our new home.
