This is the perfect height for me to use as a lift to stretch out my Achilles tendons for plantar fasciitis. Stand with the forefoot on the wedge while holding on to a chair back and drop the heel down for a great stretch. No worry of falling off a step stool. These are sturdy and stay in place.

I keep this foam roller under my desk and use it while standing to stretch my calves throughout the day. It's very sturdy and doesn't lose its shape, even with daily use. It has held up really well over time and has become part of my routine. Highly recommend if you want something reliable and easy to use regularly.

Matched its description. Solid composition and functions as expected. It is very firm which is perfect for the balancing exercises I am doing ( lying along the length).

This was recommended by my physical therapist. Lying on it with my arms outstretched, my chest opens up and releases discomfort in my traps, delts and pecs. It feels so good.

Could not find a half foam roller in the stores, but found this one on line. Great for stretching out my back and shoulders and very reasonably priced.

This is a well-made product. They described it as extra dense, and I found that it was so firm that it hurt to use it along my spine, so I am going to order a softer one.

no logo just a half cut long roller. Doesn't look like the picture. Clearly this one was used. I assume why it was cheap. Don't Purchase unless you want to risk getting what I got. Still have to use it bc of surgery coming up.
