CanDo Professional Balance Board Wobble Rocker Board

I love this thing. The one I just bought is actually a replacement for one I lost when traveling. I have an old calf injury that never quite healed properly and this helps work the neglected and tight muscles and also just helps with balance and posture in general. It's high enough off the ground to be a challenge but not so high off the ground that you're scared you might fall and injure yourself if you lose your balance. It also is good for my ADHD. It gives me something to do, and balancing calms my mind. There have actually been studies on this. This is great for rehabing lower body muscles, working your core functionally, getting your body to be more aligned, and is simply a fun addition to home workout equipment. I could go on. It's hard plastic and is not the cream of the crop but it's a great price and gets the job done.

good for kids/beginners. i got it for my dogs to work on their balance and hind end awareness. it doesnt have a very steep tilt so it is not as challenging as other boards ive used

I think this board will help me with my balance. It is easy to use.

The price was right and it did what I needed it to do

My balance is off, and at physical therapy I use a balance board. I needed the extra practice at home, and so I purchased this item. It works great! Easy to use and store away. I would purchase again.

very sturdy, good for balance

It's a good cheap balance board, but I remember the wooden balance board that I had years ago was more 'wobbly'. It was harder to maintain my balance on it and so was better for ankle rehabilitation. This one seems to easy to balance on, I am not quite sure how much I am working the muscles around my ankles by using it.

If you are or were going to physical therapy and used the wooden balance board and would like to continue with therapy on your own this board is an economical substitute. Works just as well while saving you tons of money.

This wobble board isn’t super far off the ground, meaning that if you can’t balance, it’s only a short distance to lean off. That being said, it’s a little “easy” as far as balance boards go.

This is a great board for the money IF it did not have a defect in manufacturing. On the bottom of the rounded part that rests against the floor when in use is a flat spot that interferes with the proper motion of the board. I contacted the manufacturer about it and they responded really quickly, saying that they will be happy to replace it. Ten days go by and I did not get any information on if or when it would shipped. Contacted them again and they said that their complete inventory has the same problem issue. They then suggested that I contact Walmart to issue a refund, which I have done. The same exact board that I use at my physical therapist's office does NOT have this issue!
