I'm disappointed in the product. It's not as sturdy as I hoped. I'm very small and I question the 500lb weight load. It was creaking just with my body weight. The edges are not rounded and some of the wood is not sanded. You have to do this with sneakers or barefoot. I like the adjustable height and the handles. It gets the job done and does what I wanted but the description is misleading.

This is a great product, well-made and sturdy. I got it for squats, but it's too narrow for that, I will keep it for the balance board and calf stretch.
