Great brand I have the foam roller but this felt a little light and cheaply made. Still works I just prefer something more solid.

Good for larger muscle areas
This ball helps me get into my glutes which get really tight easily. It is bigger than what I thought it would be so I do think I'll need to find a smaller trigger point ball. I think this ball is good for larger muscle areas.
