Great choice for foot relaxation
This foot roller is well-designed for massaging and relieving foot tension. The textured orange center provides deep tissue stimulation, while the clear end caps add stability. Could be better, could cost less.
I've had some of these in the past that had flared ends, it would be better if that was the build of this roller- otherwise it's good. A bit small in context of width but does the job. Not really worth what it's priced at though.

The Nano Foot Roller was not firm at all
The Nano Foot Roller was not firm at all. Granted it was the softer of the two models, but the orange one I tried felt more like a sponge than something that would put pressure on my foot to relive pain. I sent it back.
