i ordered the 12x10x1/8 in. Gaming Mouse Pad on Jan. 15, 2024. The projeted delivery date was Jan.18, 2024, however by the 17th a shipping label had been created but the product had not been received by the shipper. It was obvious the delivery would be delayed, so I emailed the supplier %26 requested a status update. No reply whatsoever. I finally received my order on Jan. 29, 2024 ... exactly two-weeks after ordering. No "Sorry for the delay" or "Thank you for your order" note included. I understand delays caused by weather, etc. What I don't understand is a company that won't even respond to a customer inquiry. I'm satisfied with the mouse pad which appears to be of good quality, but customer service was non-existent ... at least in my experience. So, I can recommend the product, but I can't recommend the company.
