I am severely anemic. This is the only iron I can take. It works great!

Three years ago my iron was at 8. Started taking some iron in pill form (145 mg per day per). Had it checked again recently and it had dropped to a whopping 7! So I decided to go on a liquid form iron. I've been through one and a half bottles so far and can really feel the difference. I know it has to be raising my levels at least a little bit judging by the way I feel. For reference, I try to take it 3 to 4 times a day. Curious to see what my next checkup will tell!

I'm borderline anemic and have struggled with low energy and feeling foggy brained. I have taken this iron supplement daily for a month+ and feel much better! (Granted I'm also taking a few other supplements) I don't like the taste-it's not horrible but it's sorta like cough syrup, so I drink it with water and chase it with orange juice. It doesn't bother my stomach at all (take with breakfast) which is also a bonus! I'd definitely recommend this product as an added source of iron!
