I do take Benefiber powder and it has no taste if you put it into your coffee, hot chocolate, even water. But I saw these gummies and I thought this might be nice. If you just feel like you need a treat and you also have to increase your fiber they tell you then this is the best way to do it. These been a fiber gummies are really tasty. They're easy to chew up and swallow and you got your fiber in. I'm glad I found these too. Because I will purchase these again for myself. I really do enjoy these. Sometimes I forget get fiber. But doctors tell us it's really important to have a good, healthy fiber diet. It doesn't matter who you are. Your body needs fiber. And this is a great way to get it in. I recommend this product.

I was very careful in my selection I did not want the added sugar. My intent was the tablets. I think the selection process is not clear on the site. I always look for sugar content %26 never select GUMMY ANYTHING! My mistake. When shown the packaging before the final -purchase the pictures are not big enough to be able to catch the error. BE CAREFUL!

Perfect supplement for those on GLP1's or those taking Calcium Channel Blockers. Both can cause a bit of constipation. These are very helpful. The taste is great. I recommend this product to anyone who deals with occasional or chronic constipation. A bonus i that it also has a prebiotic.

My gastroenterologist recommended a fiber supplement for my IBS-M. I found this product and I am so glad I did! The gummies taste decent, and I feel like my gut health has improved since starting taking them a couple months ago. They are a little pricey for me, but worth it based on my results. Very rarely am I running to the restroom suddenly, and also very rarely am I stuck in the restroom for long periods of time. (Great improvement!) I would definitely recommend these to others who have IBS-C or IBS-M, or anyone looking to add fiber and prebiotics to their care routine.

Great macros however I just did not like the taste or consistency at all. It has also upset my stomach and made me nauseous. Everyone is different and this shake may be someone favorite, it's not for me though.
