Better quality brand of fiber gummy
This brand of gummy had more seals of approval and it had 3rd party testing. With many gummies, you can't be sure they contain the amount it says on the bottle. In general, supplements can be not what is stated, alas.

the gummies do a good job and helping to clean your system out, as they should, but they are a little firmer to chew than the metamucil gummies. taste is okay.

I purchased the Phytoral fiber gummies a few months ago primarily to use on days when I feel that I haven't had enough fruits and vegetables. I like the taste and the ease of taking them. My issue is that they have an odor that is off-putting and there is a clear liquidy substance at the bottom of the bottle. The smell is like something has gone bad. Upon careful inspection, the bottle doesn't even have an expiration date.
