I've been using this for about five years. It really does break down food to ease digestion. It also helps my body produce the necessary digestive enzymes on its own over time. After a while, you start to figure out when you need it and when you don't.

At age 77 I loves beans, broccoli, Brussel sprouts and salads. These foods can be gassy without this product. I feel great and experience very little to no gas and feeling of uncomfortable fulness after a meal

This is a great product and keeps gut working efficiently. My frustration is the inconsistency of availability as of late, I have had to switch and tried multiple other products that do not work and waste my hard earned dough before finally finding something comparable. I hope they bring this back soon. I emailed them and they said there is some problem with current manufacturing but are planning on making more, hope it's not a $ play to jack prices even higher
