I like the combination of many B vitamins and the fact that it has food sources mainly, not synthetic sources. I have researched vitamins and while this is not at the very top, it is in the top group. I would definitely take this rather than a cheap B formula that you find at places like Walmart. You get what you pay for. And it is not the most expensive!
