It can get thick so i use a small handheld electric mixer to mix it up and then i drink it all soon after or else it settles and goops up at the bottom of the glass.

i dont like its texture quality as it is lumpy especially if added to hot drinks. its ingredients is very simple and can be available in your cupboards. i dont like the taste either and i feel bloated after trying this. maybe i consume too much fiber which made me feel bloated

The first time I used it I used half of the dose/scoop, I am aware that with fiber you should start slow. My stomach was in pain for a few hours after that. The second time I used it I used a tiny teaspoon not even a quarter of the dose and my stomach still reacted in pain.
