I really like this prenatal vitamin. I felt healthier through my last pregnancy and my baby is also much bigger than any other babies I have had. I am wondering if it is due to my prenatal vitamin. I had 4 babies in the 6 pound range and he is my 5th and was 8 pounds 5 ounces and keeps growing really well. I wonder if my milk is more rich in nutrients this time. So call me crazy but I take a prenatal vitamin even though I am not pregnant or breast feeding. I am a middle aged women, and I learned this trick while living in Haiti for 5 years. With an unbalanced diet most of the time, I would simply take a prenatal and viola! I felt so much better. Healthy skin, hair, nails and digestive being among them! One of my favorite parts of this prenatal is that it includes the probiotics! Makes it the perfect all in one pill. What really got my hooked on to Garden of Life- recently I was doing some personal research on vitamins. I was totally disgusted with the way synthetic vitamins are made and most of them, your body absorbs less then 2% Many of them below .5%!!!!! This made the decision easy- all natural ingredients are amazing in a vitamin and you feel fabulous too!!

This vitamin has helped my wife keep her nutrient levels up during her pregnancy, along with her usual healthy eating habits. We're vegetarian so we new this brand checked that box already, but I was concerned about reviews reporting severe reactions to the high levels of niacin this multivitamin contains. It has not been a problem at all! My wife feels great and our OBGYN has given her very positive feedback whenever she's had bloodwork done.

I've used this prenatal for years but my last bottle was a lot different. There was a fishy taste. I called company and they admitted they changed their ingredients. I've learned they were bought by Nestle and also have ingredient that have been reported as DANGEROUS during pregnancy/breastfeeding!! look up vitex!! Buyer please beware! I'm so disappointed in Garden of Life because they were my favorite
