It does what it says. I used it on my crab apple tree and it slowed and eliminated most of my issues.

Got it to treat black spot on my rose bush. It is too soon to evaluate how it works, but it appears to be just what I need.

The issue is packaging! I sent the first one back because it leaked everywhere! The product was all inside the plastic bag it was shipped in. The second one came the same way. Once I removed the bottle and washed it off, I discovered that the liquid had leaked out from the foil cover that's under the lid. It appeared to be secure, but it wasn't! Maybe pressure built up and forced it out? Either way, this is a chemical that doesn't need to be leaking, anywhere! Please pass this info to the seller!

I ordered fungicide instead if Copper Sulfate

I believe this is good product. I put i on a little late after the fungus had hurt the leaves.

It never worked for the insects.

Says it treats powdery mildew. I had a bottle delivered and if you read peel out label it says it doesn't treat powdery mildew in southwest states.
