The delivery went horrible it was delivered to a different person and my daughter never received it she's a truck driver and she really needed this item but overall we do receive a refund so I was happy about that so she purchased another one. other than that overall experience we can't even say because we didn't receive it.

The GPS is easy to setup and update. It does take quite a while to download the latest maps. The search function to find addresses leaves a little to be desired; especially for addresses on state or county routes. It acquires a gps fix pretty darn quick and the driving directions don't take you down undesirable roads. All in all this has been a great gps for us and works when the cell phone navigation does not.

The device works well. However I am disappointed because I was led to believe that the Traffic function was included. Had I know this, I would have ordered a different model in which that function was included.

I recently bought a Garmin GPS, and It was an awful experience. After charging the Battery overnight and leaving at 3:30 am After about an hour the screen went black. I tried everything. There I was sitting at a rest area, talking to a GPS. Not fun. I received a refund.

Garmin works great. .The one I bought before the Garmin was a complete disaster and I never got my money back.

Sent me a deficient device. Device cannot locate satellites, customer service sent me from one number to the next. Completely DISSATISFIED WITH INTERACTION O CUSTOMER SERVICE.

the Garmin is good. the delivery was crap. it was not delivered properly. not ro my address. but ro another address. i didn't d get it from whare it was delivered

I'm giving this Garmin Drive 53Ex a four rating only because it's not completely perfect…but still very good. I use this GPS all the time and it gives clear directions, for the most part. It is easier to use than my old Garmin, which I had for 10 years. This GPS is quick to load the information that you input. The road views are great! This one does not have traffic on it, but when I get lost, as I did a few weeks ago after making a wrong turn, it got me back on the right route. Having this GPS helps me feel confident and relaxed…I know I'll get to my destination and back home again.

Wonky. This is the third Garmin I've owned, and the first with major issues. We've used it twice. The first time, it overshot our destination by 50 miles. Fortunately we know where we were going and were just testing it out. It wasn't user error, there's a flaw in the system. The second time, it took us a completely nonsensical route that involved going through a town that was completely out of the way, adding 7 miles to a trip that should not have been routed through that town at all. Had I not been confident in the product when I received it, (since I've had two others that were great,) and thrown the box away, I'd have returned it.

I am very disappointed that this Garmin does not have a map update via wi-fi connection. It further requires either Windows or Apple IoS to update through their app. I only use Chromebook. Garmin needs to get with the plan and offer updates through ChromeOS.
