as for store bought conditioner this is the best one that I have found that actually untangle's knots very easily, like while my child is in the bath. so I've stuck with this one for years. it is by go to. sometimes for me I will order better but a lot of the time if you're looking for shampoo conditioners to help your hair grow but a little better price range this one will pop up. so I think it's good for both aspects

I really like this shampoo, it cleans good, feels moisturizing I've noticed less breakage overtime and it makes my hair soft but not heavy or weighed down ( I have an oily scalp) I've been using this for about 3 months and so far I really like it so I'll probably keep using it! Please keep it around garnier it's a great product that's been around for so long!

The item is perfect and fresh great smell of apples which is my favorite. Nothing wrong with it from the store only at my home. Thank you for great work

I have used this shampoo for many years off and on. My hair is past my waist and this shampoo really helps. It makes me have less frizz and makes the strands stronger. I don't love the conditioner but I do like the shampoo. It smells so good too.

My husband brought me a shampoo conditioner bundle that included one of these hair oil bottles. Usually, I stay away from anything that might make my hair look oily and greasy but this stuff really works and doesn't leave an oily or greasy residue. Amazing product and the smell is great also. My new favorite hair product!

Love the smell of this shampoo. I would say it's a moisturizing shampoo. So for those of us that are trying to go longer between shampoo/wash days this might not get you as far as you'd like. Most wash days I shampoo twice just to make sure I get all the dirt/residue off my scalp so a lot of times I'll definitely use this after I've done any type of clarifying shampoo (that I use once a week) or if I use a dandruff shampoo (that I use as needed but can also dry my hair out). But I find, during the hotter months, where I sweat more and my scalp and hair get dirtier faster, if I'm using this shampoo I can't get more than 2 days, where I could probably get 3 days if I was using a more cleansing shampoo. For someone with really dry hair, without an oily scalp this shampoo would probably be perfect. I tend to have oily skin and scalp. But I still like it, I just have to use it sparingly. Can't beat the price!

I'd been using this brand's "Sleek and Shine" conditioner for a year and was very happy! So I thought I'd try this grow strong since my hair is longer now. I'm not seeing results and my hair is not as thick feeling nor smooth.

When I tried the product it wasn't effective the first wash with the new garnier shampoo and conditioner(grow strong). The results will start to appear after at least 3-4 washes. The texture of hair definitely changed and gained a more fuller look. Since I tend to be outdoors a lot I would like to have a sulfate free formula so I can wash my hair more often without damaging them. My hair tend to get frizzy during rainy or humid days, but since I started using this product it really took care of it more efficiently and noticed that it wasn't frizzy as much, which made me extremely happy and confident about my hair. I'm glad I found a product that was more fit for my hair.

This totally irritated my scalp, and over a week later I'm still dealing with the remnants of the irritation and have some flakes. Some work some don't, this was a disaster for my scalp. Hair felt nice after drying though.
